The Rockin’ House - Features and Disclaimers
The House is a part of the development being undertaken by Fieldstone Communities, Inc. as a part of the Fieldstone Collection. As planned, the House will be in a gated community on Tract 30750, Lot 32, located on the corner of Villafranca Street and Rosser Drive in Corona, CA. The House is similar to the model home that appears in the Virtual Reality Tour on this website and that which is currently a model home described as Plan 2787, Elevation B, at Cresta Verde Hills in Corona, CA off Avondale, North of Promenade Ave., West of McKinley St. The Plan 2787 Model has the same floor plan and features as the FMMA Grand Prize House, however, the Model Home described as 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 1 Fireplace, 3-Car Garage, is approximately 2,787 square feet, has many upgraded features that will not be included in the FMMA Grand Prize House.

The FMMA makes no guarantee that the Grand Prize winner will be able to sell the House for its estimated value of $500,000, nor is there any guarantee that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or the California Franchise Tax Board will accept the estimated value of the House for the purposes of determining any income tax that may be due from the Grand Prize winner. As above, the Grand Prize winner must make an election in writing to FMMA between the prize and the cash before 5:00pm, May 30, 2004. If an election is not made by this deadline, he or she will be deemed to have elected the cash option.

The Grand Prize winner, prior to being awarded the house, must agree to take possession of the House subject to the terms of the Home Builder's Limited Warranty persuent to the document entitled Subsequent Homeowner Acknowledgement Transfer. Further, the Grand Prize winner must execute a written acknowledgement (a copy of which will be provided by the FMMA upon request) agreeing that: (i) they have read and recieved all desclosures and related materials listed in such acknowlegement; (ii) they shall be bound by the Addendum Agreement attached to the acknowledgement; and (iii) the property will constructed in substantial compliance with the specifications provided by Fieldstone.

The home shown in this Virtual Reality Tour is the same model as the Grand Prize House but is shown fully furnished with landscaping. The Grand Prize House will not be furnished and with minimal landscaping at the discretion and option of Fieldstone. Some materials used in the construction of the Grand Prize House may differ from the model. Other changes (materials, exact room dimensions, etc.) may be made at the discretion of Fieldstone.
